We had Acres Roofing remove snow from our roof today. Believe me there was a ton of the white stuff to remove. The Acres guys worked non stop until the job was done. After the mid-February double snowstorm, I needed help to clear my driveway and saw that Acres Roofing provided emergency snow removal. Brayden:
(a) answered the phone before 8am on Family Day,
(b) provided a timeline for snow removal & updated me about ETA,
(c) let me know the driveway had already been cleared (a big surprise from helpful neighbours),
(d) and didn't charge me for time lost.
Brayden communicated clearly, provided timely service, quoted a reasonable price, and through the process was respectful, even when things didn't turn out as planned. A big thank you,

I called Brayden from Acres Roofing in a bit of a panic late one Friday p.m. My chimney cap had blown off in a windstorm and I was worried that I would have a problem when it would rain next. I needed someone to come over that weekend!
Brayden assured me he could do this work, provided me with an estimate, and arranged to come over the following morning. He arrived on time, briefly explained to me what he would be doing, and then went straight to it. My chimney cap is now back in place, probably more securely than it had been in the 1st place.
I am super happy that my house is once again water secure!
