As soon as we met Brayden we knew we were going to hire his company for the roof replacement at our house.
When Brayden arrived he did so in a fully branded looking very presentable and professional. Within ten minutes of meeting him he was up on the roof inspecting shingles and flashing.
When he came back down he went through everything with us. What they could find while the works are taking place and any costs that might arise from it. He provided us with brochures for the shingles and went through the warranty for the GAF products he uses. He also reassured us that the team he works with are not subcontracted and are employed directly by Acres.
We had another couple of companies come to quote us for works and they didn’t even go on the roof.
The day before the works were to take place a dumpster on wheels arrived. Acres use these to protect your driveway.
The next day Brayden and his crew were there early and got started on the works. It took two days for a full replacement and updating to the flashing. Communication from Brayden and his team was top notch. The new roof looks great and we are more than happy with the results. They take great care to ensure that everything is done correctly and the clean up was excellent and the supplying of drone photos is great.
We also had gutter guards installed and took the time to inspect all the gutters on the house even tightening up some points that would assist with water flow.
Collection of the dumpster took place the next day we had gone out and returned when the collection was taking place. The driver had pulled out of our driveway and went back to inspect there were no nails present another nice touch.
Brayden and his team even assisted us with a delivery making sure the work area was clear and allowed easy access to our house.
I’d like to thank Brayden and his team of, Damien, Nathanyel and Jayden for doing such great job with minimal disruption, I had a neighbour say he was impressed with the speed the guys got the works done. Brayden even took the time to inspect a neighbours roof and told them they had another couple of years before they should consider replacing it putting people above profits.
From my experience you should hire Acres as they went the extra mile to make this a stress free and easy process to go through. Have a look the company facebook for examples if their excellent work. I wish I could give more stars.

Wanted to give a big thanks to Brayden for helping fix our roof flashing that was damaged from the Canada day storm. Brayden replied immediately to my message and came over to fix the problem next morning. Where we were most impressed was how personable he was going above and beyond. THIS MAN CARES! Brayden came out to inspect an ongoing leak on my roof. He not only located and fixed the leak, but went above and beyond to fix other small issues while he was up there and didn't even expect anything from me. Very fair price.
He was quick, thorough, kind, and documented everything showing me the before and after picture. I won't go to anyone else for anything roof related.
Overall a great experience leaving the customer happy!
