After the mid-February double snowstorm, I needed help to clear my driveway and saw that Acres Roofing provided emergency snow removal. Brayden:
(a) answered the phone before 8am on Family Day,
(b) provided a timeline for snow removal & updated me about ETA,
(c) let me know the driveway had already been cleared (a big surprise from helpful neighbours),
(d) and didn't charge me for time lost.
